28 years ago, after serving in the U.S. Army, I set out for Colorado sight unseen. I landed in our great Northern Colorado community and worked my way through college. Starting off in Greeley for 3 years, I moved over to Fort Collins to attend CSU. After graduation, I decided to call Fort Collins and the surrounding mountain community home. Whether it's a house somewhere in a surrounding front range town, modern living in the heart of downtown Fort Collins, or a mountain property with acreage, I bring a unique set of experiences and local knowledge of the area to help guide you on your journey to attaining the perfect NoCo property!

I am a father of 2 great young adult children who grew up in our local mountain community attending Stove Prairie elementary school, Poudre High school, and Colorado State University. Service of others has always been important to me, so I volunteer my time weekly with the ENGin organization teaching English to native Ukrainians and for the City of Fort Collins. When I am not serving my clients needs or the community, I enjoy spending time outside in the mountains whenever possible.

I believe that a home is one of the cornerstones of a successful family unit that enrich the communities they help make up. I am also a firm believer that home ownership is a powerful wealth building tool, which is why I want to help as many people attain that goal as possible.
